The buildings are located in the Adice neighborhood, a suburb of Novi Sad along the banks of the Danube River.
The project consists of six row houses forming a single complex. Each building contains four apartments, with garages on the ground floor and storage rooms in the attic level, except for two buildings where duplex apartments are located on the top floor.

The concept of the building is based on a cylindrical geometry, with prominent terraces on the attic level.
The facade consists of only two materials (gray and brick) with elements of glass railings and brise-soleils.
The minimalist facade stands in contrast to the current trend of excess and kitsch in architecture.
