“American housing system” is a commonly used term, but what does it actually mean? In this project, we applied this housing principle. The building is designed as a single unit, but each apartment has its own separate entrance. Each apartment also has its own yard and rooftop terrace.

A higher quality of living, a sense of privacy, and comfort are some of the principles we aim for.

The building’s façade consists of three simple tones (white, black, and brick). Falling greenery in planters, a green roof, and the accompanying bicycle rack with chargers for electric bikes are part of the eco-friendly approach of the building.
